Michael Zincone

Mr. Zincone joined Tailwater Capital in July 2023 as a Vice President. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.

In August 2017, Mr. Zincone joined the Tailwater team as an Associate prior to earning his MBA. Mr. Zincone has over 6 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Zincone was an Analyst in the investment banking group at Evercore, where he focused on M&A and restructuring advisory work in the energy sector. Mr. Zincone graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Alternative Asset Management specialization and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
